Umesh Mehta (FCA)

Umesh Mehta is a Chartered Accountant qualified in 2011 and enrolled as fellow member in 2012. He is the founder member of the firm A U M & Associates (Formerly known as Umesh Kumar & Co.). He has vast and diverse experience in the field of Financial Consultancy, Tax Advisory and Planning, Corporate Financing and Auditing including Tax Audit, Public Sector Undertakings and Bank Audit. He began his journey with his proprietary firm in 2011 and has gained vast knowledge and experience since then with over 13 years of Post-qualification experience in the field of Accountancy, Taxation, Compliances and Audit. He is an active member of Sales Tax Bar Association and also represents clients before tax authorities for GST cases.

Ankit Gulati (ACA)

Ankit Gulati is a Chartered Accountant qualified in 2012. He has a vast experience of more than 10 years in the service industry. His major areas of expertise include Tax Audit, Internal Audit, Financial Planning and Budgeting Analysis, Management Reporting, Drafting Appeals. He joined the firm in 2016 and since then he and FCA Umesh Mehta are geared up to take up any professional assignments to support their clients in the best possible manner with cost optimization. He is also an active member of Sales Tax Bar Association and also represents clients before tax authorities for Income Tax cases.
